1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and y6bit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at y6bit.net. By accessing the y6bit website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

y6bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and/or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of y6bit following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date of this document is stated at the top of this page.

1.1 Platform Scope

The platform includes, but is not limited to, the following services: sports betting (including cricket, baseball, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and time-limited promotional offers. All services are accessed through y6bit.net and its associated subdomains.

1.2 Acceptance of Risk

Gambling is a form of entertainment that involves financial risk. By using y6bit, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risk of financial loss. y6bit does not guarantee any winnings, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes. All gaming outcomes on y6bit's casino and slot products are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer draws that are independently streamed in real time.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active y6bit account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily, without compulsion.

2.1 Age Verification

y6bit reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, withdrawal request, or during routine account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified in any verification request will result in the suspension of the account until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To use any paid or betting feature of y6bit, you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on y6bit. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent self-exclusion limits, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. y6bit employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found in violation of this policy will be closed and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances will be voided.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirements

y6bit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and platform security. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the past three months.

Withdrawals above a threshold determined by y6bit's compliance team will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed satisfactorily. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with y6bit's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your y6bit login credentials. y6bit will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or any other channel. You must notify y6bit support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. y6bit accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login details secure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on y6bit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). y6bit does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, however your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges as per their respective terms. y6bit is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

y6bit currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile money service.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet.
• Bank Transfer — select Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank, subject to minimum transfer thresholds.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on y6bit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although enhanced due diligence may be applied to accounts with consistently high deposit volumes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the y6bit finance team within 1–3 working days, subject to KYC verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the account. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. y6bit reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds for a compliance review.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

Players must not use y6bit as a vehicle for money laundering, currency exchange, or any other financial activity not directly related to genuine gambling participation. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without placing any meaningful bets in the interim is considered a prohibited transaction and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

y6bit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL playoffs, T20 World Cup campaigns, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by y6bit carry a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each offer will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer will specify its eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and time limits within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified time limit will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirement.
• y6bit reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxy servers to claim geo-restricted offers, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live casino table games or specific RTP-rated slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates will be specified in each offer's individual terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or playing a casino game on y6bit, you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to each betting market and game type. General rules applicable across all y6bit products are set out below; specific market rules for cricket, baseball, and other sports are available within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform and may be suspended or declined at any time during a live event. y6bit reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where there is evidence of irregularity in the underlying sporting event, including but not limited to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other integrity violations. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity interruption during a bet or game round, y6bit's recorded data will be the primary reference for resolving the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on y6bit's end, the staked amount for that round will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session may be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

y6bit maintains a strict code of conduct for all registered players. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or multi-accounting in competitive formats.
• Exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or loopholes in bonus terms for financial gain in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the y6bit platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Accessing y6bit using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, promotional eligibility criteria, or self-exclusion measures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing y6bit staff or other players through any channel, including the support chat.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your y6bit account.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

y6bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under y6bit's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or formal legal request requiring account suspension.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting y6bit support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money funds not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your y6bit account, receive any promotional communications, or have your exclusion reversed before the agreed period has elapsed. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Where an account is closed while active bets are still pending settlement, those bets will be settled in accordance with normal market rules and any resulting withdrawable winnings will be returned to the player, unless the closure was triggered by a finding of fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case all pending bets and balances may be voided.
